Where does it start?

All experiences start at our box office, which can be located on the Lower Ground Floor of the Corn Exchange.

At the box office you will be briefed about the experience and you will be given a map detailing where to go next.
You will also be able to access the map remotely HERE.

We will have staff members stationed at all of our venues who will be very happy to help you.

What do I do if I get lost?

The experience runs from Monday 10th December - Sunday 16th December 2018.

When is the experience on until?

We have aimed The Lost Present at ages 6+, but the experiences and sets themselves are very sensory and would still be engaging for younger children.

I have children under 6 years old, will it be suitable?
